Shipping Policy

us.pandora provides standard shipping for customers within the United States. This policy explains our shipping coverage, order processing, delivery estimates, and related procedures.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship orders to valid addresses within the United States.

Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed beginning on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

After an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, standard delivery is estimated to take 4–6 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided for general guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier conditions, severe weather, seasonal shipping volume, address issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking Information

Once your package leaves our facility, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided with your order.

The confirmation will include available tracking information. Tracking may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If you need to correct your shipping information, contact us immediately before the order is shipped. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address-change requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.

We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Cancellation or order-change requests must be submitted before the order is shipped.

After shipment, an order cannot be canceled through the shipping process. Eligible returns or refunds will instead be handled under our Refund Policy.
